If you want to cancel your order, you can let us know by email info[@] Do not forget to mention your order number and how you can be reached, so we can take the right actions as soon as possible.


As a customer, you have the right to return the product without reason, within 14 days after delivery. Exceptions here are tailor-made products. The product can only be returned in condition as we delivered it to you. This means, unused and with original labels attached in the original packaging. Malas and bracelets that have already been worn, can not be returned. Because of the specific energetic qualities, they will not be re-salable. Trying on the jewelry is permitted, of course. The purchase amount will be refunded, if already paid. Also, the paid (basic) shipping will be refunded excluding possible surcharges for registered mail and Cash on Delivery shipment. The responsibility for the return shipment to Mala Spirit is yours.

When returning part of your order, the purchase price of the returned part will be refunded if already paid. Shipping costs are not refundable.

All cancellations, swaps and returns must be made known in writing to Mala Spirit. This can be done by email. You must state at least your full name, address, and invoice number.

For the repayment of amounts already paid in advance, we also need your bank account. Customers from Europe should also mention the IBAN number of their own bank. Note: the account that you specify for the repayment must be the same account you used to pay Mala Spirit, to prevent any fraud repayments. Any amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.
